The Palm Beach Colony development in West Palm Beach has been sold for $11 million, according to a warranty deed filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court yesterday.

Nancy Nagel, an attorney with Fox, Hefter, Swibel, Levin & Carroll in Chicago representing buyer MHC Palm Beach Colony, confirmed the sale to The Real Deal.

The seller was Palm Beach SPE, an affiliate of Chicago-based Hometown America and a Delaware limited liability company based in Chicago.

Attorney Daniel Perlman of Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago, who represents Palm Beach SPE, said he could not comment due to corporate policy.

The project is located at 2000 North Congress Avenue in West Palm Beach, just southwest of the President Country Club, which was purchased, also for $11 million, last month.
