CBRE tapped to sell Deerfield’s IBD

CB Richard Ellis has been named the exclusive advisor for the sale of
the IBD building, a multi-tenant property in Deerfield Beach. The
property, which recently underwent a renovation, is currently 100
percent leased by 17 tenants. “With very little rollover in the next 18
months, it is one of the rare assets to be sold that is stabilized and
does not have any “hair” on it,” said Marty Busekrus, senior associate
