Louie the Liquidator has signed a lease agreement with Mer Rouge Properties in Fort Myers for a 10,100-square-foot space at 28250 Bonita Crossings Boulevard, the Florida Real Estate Journal reported. The unique concept store, which is new to the area, will sell housewares, industrial equipment, electronics and jewelry by the pound. The merchandise is the product of recent bankruptcies, manufacturer overruns, shelf pulls and closeouts, the Journal said. The deal was brokered by Gary Tasman and Doug Olson of Commercial Property Southwest Florida, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield. The terms of the lease were not immediately available. [FREJ]
