Almost 5,000 Hollywood and Hallandale Beach condos sold out

Nearly 5,000 condominiums created in Hollywood and Hallandale Beach since 2003
have been sold, according to a report from Condo Vultures. With the
exception of eight condos that have changed ownership since June 30, the
Hollywood/Hallandale Beach market has reached a sell out ratio of 99.8
percent. Buyers have acquired nearly 185 units in the first half of this
year, after purchasing less than 85 units in all of 2010. — Alexander
