Gables office signs Quest Workspaces

Quest Workspaces has signed a lease for 22,072 square feet at Coral
Gables office tower 2525 Ponce. The company, a business center operator,
now has three locations, including the Espirito Santo building in
Brickell and Boca Raton’s 1200 Building. “This location makes our
executive suites the best option for individuals and small companies
seeking the kind of high-image corporate amenities typically enjoyed
only by bigger companies,” said Laura Kozelouzek, president and CEO of
