After two years of negotiations with neighboring development Victoria Groves, property owners in a small community known as the Enclave in Royal Palm Beach will finally be able to sell their homes to developers who want to build a 268-unit apartment complex, the Palm Beach Post reported.
The Royal Palm Beach Village Council approved the luxury apartments yesterday after all parties came to an amicable agreement over the size of the project.
“This is a miracle,” Council member Martha Webster said.
Construction on the development will likely start early next year and take 10 months. [Palm Beach Post]
