Coastal Car Worldwide purchases SeaVision building as new HQ

Coastal Car Worldwide, an international transport company, has purchased the SeaVision building located at 271-273 Southwest 33rd Court in Fort Lauderdale for $1.1 million to be its new global headquarters. Greg Roth of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the buyer in the deal, while Wes Parker of Southport Properties represented the seller, CYR.
“SRS was pleased to provide a value added solution to consolidate Coastal’s various locations. The significance of the location near Fort Lauderdale airport and functionality of the building to house its various businesses as its new global headquarters should prove to be accretive to Coastal’s operation immediately.” said Roth, SRS’s senior vice president and market leader for the South Florida region. — Katherine Clarke
