Duke Realty inks three Palm Beach and Pompano Beach leases

Commercial real estate company Duke Realty has arranged three industrial leases in West Palm Beach and Pompano Beach totaling 140,485 square feet, the Florida Real Estate Journal reported. Event supply firm Classic Panache, signed a 30,679-square-foot lease at Park of Commerce I in West Palm Beach, bringing the Class A property to total occupancy. FBA Holdings renewed its 66,713-square-foot lease at Atlantic Business Center I in Pompano Beach, and Hurok Marble leased in the same building, 43,093 square feet. The building is now 89 percent occupied, according to the Journal. [FREJ]
