Boca condo tops $50M in sales

Boca Raton’s 200 East Palmetto Park condominium tower has exceeded $50
million in sales, according to a report from brokerage and consultancy
Condo Vultures. The nine-story tower, which is located in downtown Boca
Raton, has generated $51.1 million in sales, according to Palm Beach
County records. The average sales price for the tower is $420 per square
