Argentina-based restaurant Kansas Grill & Bar plans to open in a two story, waterfront property off Commercial Boulevard formerly owned by land-developer, casino operator and restaurant owner Gus Boulis, who was murdered in 2001, the Sun Sentinel reported.
The eatery will open in the 12,000-square-foot building, which has been vacant for several years, after some major renovations in mid-2012. This will be the restaurant’s first U.S. location, sources told the Sentinel. There are three Kansas locations in Argentina. Terms of the Commercial Boulevard lease were not immediately available. [Sun Sentinel]
