South Florida home prices flat

Home values in South Florida were largely flat, up 0.2 percent in July,
with values down 3.9 percent compared to the same period in 2010,
according to a report from Zillow. Nationally, home values were
positive, but still largely flat, with a 0.1 percent increase in July.
Median values in South Florida jumped from $140,900 from $141,200 in
July. It was the fifth consecutive month in which South Florida saw a
