Developers plan 1,350 new South Florida condo units

Nearly 1,350 new condominium units are being planned for coastal areas
in South Florida, according to a report from Condo Vultures. Developers
have announced plans for three new towers in Miami-Dade County, along
with one in Broward and a two-tower project in Palm Beach County. The
projects include 23 Biscayne Bay, My Brickell, Apogee Beach and Bellini
