Palm Beach’s Royal Palm Way has ranked seventh on a list of the nation’s most expensive streets on which to rent office space, according to a recent study by Jones Lang LaSalle, the Palm Beach Daily News reported. The average “full-service” rent on the street is $57.99 a square foot, the Daily News said, with the street’s top rent listed as $71. The study notes a 110.9 percent difference between the average rent paid on Royal Palm Way and the market average of $27.99 per square foot. Also ranked in the top 20 was East Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, where the average full-service rent is $38.96 per square foot. The street took the 18th spot on the list. [PBDN]
