All aboard the Foreclosure Express Bus

With so many foreclosed homes languishing on the South Florida real estate market, it may be difficult for an investor to select a house to pick up at a bargain price. Enter foreclosure bus tours, which begun sprouting across the state, and especially in Broward and Palm Beach counties during the last three years. But David Dweck, founder of Boca Real Estate Investment Club, has organized monthly trips on his Foreclosure Express Bus for 15 years. Tickets for the four-plus hour tours start at $99.
