Developer Robert Fessler has sold his Manalapan mansion for $15 million, according to a deed filed Friday in Palm Beach County Circuit Court. The buyer was Texas-based banking magnate Donald Adam. Fessler was represented by broker Lawrence Moens of Lawrence A. Moens Associates. “We had just lowered the price to $17 million,” Moens said. “It’s a beautiful mediterranean house with exquisite finishes.” Fessler purchased the home for $6.2 million in 2004 from Veronica Hearst, the widow of newspaper heir Randolph Apperson Hearst. The home is located at 1110 South Ocean Boulevard. [Palm Beach Daily News]
