Price drop on Star Island home

The asking price of Donald Pliner and his wife’s home on Star Island has
been dropped from $24 million to $19.9 million. The decision was made
by new agent Lourdes Alatriste of the Miami Beach office of Engel &
Voelkers, who is working on the home with Great Estates International
Realty CEO Sylvia Fragos. The home is located at 29 Star Island. [SFBJ]
