CBRE to lease Inverrary office park

CB Richard Ellis has been named as exclusive leasing advisor for the
122,000-square-foot Corporate Park at Inverrary in Lauderhill. The
property is owned by CDM Property Investments. “The two-building campus
has approximately 100,000 square feet available for lease,” said Deborah
Fink, a vice president with CBRE in Boca Raton who will represent CDM.
The park is located at 3800-3810 Inverrary Boulevard, and was built in
1984. It is located just west of the Florida Turnpike and north of
Oakland Park Boulevard in Lauderhill. — Alexander Britell
