A condo boom in Palm Beach County?

Palm Beach County could be on the verge of a wave of condominium
development, with a number of developers, including Kolter Group and the Related Companies, planning new projects. Developer Related also recently
announced a two-tower, 506-unit condo project in West Palm Beach which
was originally called Icon. Kolter’s project, Domani, which was halted
in 2007 and deemed “dead” by a company official, is slated to start in
2012, with completion in 2014. “There’s not going to be new product in
over five years,” said Kolter vice president Bob Vail. “And we’ll have
