Southeast Financial Center to undergo renovations

The Southeast Financial Center’s office tower, a 55-story, 1.16 million-square-foot building at 200 South Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami with an outdoor plaza, will undergo extensive interior renovations to its three lobbies, according to Jones Lang LaSalle, the leasing and management team for the buildings.

The renovations to the interior of Florida’s largest office tower will be designed by architecture firm Jacobs, whose project team includes architects that planned the initial Skidmore Owings & Merrill design that was completed in 1984. The timeframe for the renovations and the cost of the project was not revealed.

Tenants in the building include Merrill Lynch, White & Case, Cushman & Wakefield, Morgan Stanley and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan. — Adam Fusfeld
