Developer ends Mount Sinai deal

A deal to purchase the Miami Heart Institute from Mount Sinai Medical
Center has been terminated by an unnamed developer, after a preliminary
agreement was signed Aug. 16. According to a release from Mount Sinai,
the developer terminated the sales agreement after he was unable to
obtain financing for the deal. [SFBJ]
