Fitness club opens at 110 Tower

Fitness club 110 Fitness has opened its doors at a 23,000-square-foot
space at Fort Lauderdale’s 110 Tower, according to building owner
Genesis Capital Partners. The club is temporarily occupying the seventh
and eighth floors, with plans to relocate to the ground floor lobby in
2012. The Comras Company, 110 Tower’s retail leasing agent, was the
leasing agent in the transaction. The building is located at 110 SE 6th
Street in downtown Fort Lauderdale, and is LEED Gold certified. It is
currently undergoing a $31 million renovation.  — Alexander Britell
