Boca building sales total $6.7M

Two office buildings in Boca Raton have sold for a total of $6.7
million, according to Colliers International South Florida, which
brokered the transactions. In the first deal, Colliers’ Robert Listokin
and Peyton Moore represented both seller First Southern Bank and buyer
Sanctuary Centre Partners in the sale of 10 office condominiums at
Sanctuary Centre, which is located at 4800 North Federal Highway. In the
second transaction, the two represented seller Aptium Oncology in
unloading the 31,632-square-foot Boca Raton Comprehensive Cancer Center
