Shipping firm signs lease at Miami Airport Center

Shipping firm Casilleros y Envios Miami has signed a 12,500-square-foot
lease at Miami Airport Center, according to Colliers International South
Florida. Colliers senior commercial associate Kris Wagner represented
owner Sunland Enterprising in the deal. Casilleros y Envios will use the
space for Coordinadora USA, a courier business in Colombia. Miami
Airport Center is located at 7630 NW 25th Street, just west of the Miami
International Airport cargo area. — Alexander
