Netscape founder Jim Clark and the Setai Hotel in South Beach
Netscape founder Jim Clark has put his $27 million Miami Beach penthouse back on the market, according to the Wall Street Journal. The home, which was briefly on the market last year, spans 6,200-square feet across the 41st through 43rd floor of the Setai Hotel and has panoramic views of South Beach and a rooftop terrace with a heated pool. Listing agent Eloy Carmenate of One Sotheby’s Realty said Clark is selling because he’s used the home less and less frequently of late. [WSJ]
