Cod & Capers expanding in Palm Beach County

Seafood store Cod & Capers is expanding in Palm Beach County, leavings its Palm Beach Gardens location for a much bigger store in northern Palm Beach County’s Crystal Tree Plaza. The new space, which is located on U.S. 1, is 8,400 square feet, almost double that of its current location. “If [you’ve] got the ability and expect to have longevity, sometimes a downtime is the best time [to expand],” said Stephen Gyland, the company’s owner. “We decided to jump before being told to jump.” Gyland said he the firm was moving because of a potential redevelopment at its current location, Loehmann’s Plaza.
