Colliers lists Pompano site for lease

Colliers International South Florida is leasing the 25,000-square-foot
office building at 1180 SW 36th Avenue in Pompano Beach. The property is
being marketed by Robert Listokin, executive vice president and Peyton
Moore, a commercial associate. The space in the building is broken up
into a series of 1,000- and 2,000-square-foot offices, along with one
floor consisting of 12,500 square feet. “The property is ideal for an owner/user and an opportunity for a headquarter building,” Listokin said. “Suites are generically built out, are in very good condition and require minimal investment.”– Alexander Britell
