Gibraltar moves headquarters to Coral Gables’ Columbus Center

Gilbraltar Private Bank and Trust has relocated its headquarters to
Columbus Center, signing a 61,248-square-foot lease. The Class A
property is owned by USAA Real Estate Company. “USAA looks forward to
formally welcoming Gibraltar Private to Columbus Center,” said Trey
Guajardo, USAA’s executive director for office portfolio management. The
building was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Maggie Kurtz, the
project’s exclusive leasing agent. Gibraltar is taking the space in
Columbus Center’s West Tower. Gibraltar was represented by Thomas Capocefalo, Chris Harak and John Esposito of Studley. Columbus Center’s
East Tower is currently undergoing a renovation slated for completion by
the first quarter of 2012. — Alexander
