New director at Codina Realty Services

Codina Partners has named Juan Ruiz the new director of Codina Realty
Services, the company’s leasing division. Ruiz was previously the vice
president at Flagler Real Estate Services, where he specialized in
office sales and leasing, including the leasing of Downtown Doral, a
120-acre master-planned mixed-use center. “We have been working with
Juan for some time and value the experience and insights that he adds to
the Codina Partners team,” said Armando Codina, CEO of Codina Partners.
Prior to his work at Flagler, Ruiz was the leasing director for the
Miami Free Zone, a joint venture between Prudential and Flagler/Codina.
