William Mathisen joins KW Property Management & Consulting

William Mathisen has joined Miami-based KW Property Management &
Consulting as the firm’s new business development manager. The company
manages more than 35,000 units in Florida. Mathisen was previously the
building and leasing manager at Kendar Realty in Coral Gables, where he
managed the Kendar Building and Park Place II, and has also worked at
Prudential Florida Realty and the Allen Morris Company. In 2004, he
formed his own firm, WEMCO Realty Services. — Alexander Britell
