Half of units sold at Canyon Ranch North Tower in Miami Beach

More than half of the units in Canyon Ranch’s Miami Beach project have
sold, seven months after its launch. “The fast pace of sales reflects
the uniqueness of Canyon Ranch, not its price point,” said Michael
Sadov, director of sales at Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach. The
project’s North Tower opened in March 2011, with 175 units for sale, and
Sadov said he expects more closings in the winter season. Canyon Ranch is one of the properties that has benefited from the South Florida real estate
market’s still-strong Canadian demographic. — Alexander Britell
