Marina Mile tower in foreclosure

The office building at 2962 Trivium Circle in Danie Beach’s Marina Mile
area has been targeted by Regions Bank in a foreclosure action filed
Oct. 28. The suit involves a $4.7 million mortgage. The
27,083-square-foot building was constructed in 2008 on a lot with enough
vacant space for a second building, should a potential buyer be interested. Miami resident Antonio Cabrera was listed as guarantor of the loan,
which also includes a property at Riverparc in downtown Titusville.
Regions is represented by Miami attorney Mark Dikerman in the suit. [SFBJ]
