Freddie Mac in Miami for marketing help

Freddie Mac is in Miami this week for a series of events aimed at helping brokers sell homes owned by the government, the Miami Herald reported. Both Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae are working to attract more buyers for distressed properties, especially with 150,000 homeowners in the tri-county area alone late on their home loan payments. Approximately 300 brokers will get lessons from the organization this week about selling these kinds of properties.
