Actress Glenn Close sold her Wellington townhouse for $540,000 in the
spring, according to reports. Close had purchased the property while her
daughter pursued her equestrian training, something for which
Wellington is famous. Close bought the home in 2004, and made a $10,000
profit on the three-bedroom home located in Equestrian Club Estates. [Sun
