Hollo company buys Delray project

Veteran developer Tibor Hollo has purchased the Mizner Grande Estates
residential community in Delray Beach, paying $2 million for 10 home
lots south of Linton Boulevard. The buying group was 1814 Brickell, a
limited liability company of which Hollo is the manager. The seller was
Mizner Grande Partners, whose project has been stalled for several
years. It is possible that the sale was a short sale. [SFBJ]
