New manager for Tides Hotel

King & Grove Hotels, which manages two properties in the Hamptons,
will be managing the Tides Hotel on Ocean Drive beginning next month.
“We are ecstatic that the Tides will become the newest King & Grove
branded and managed property,” said Joseph Chetrit, who oversees CG
Tides, the hotel’s new owner. “By partnering with King & Grove, we
are confident that our plans to rejuvenate the Tides and establish it as
the preeminent luxury resort on Ocean Drive will be realized.” The news
follows a move by Thompson Hotels to manage the Hotel Victor, which had
