Beacon Centre reaches full occupancy

Prologis Beacon Centre in the Airport West area has reached full
occupancy, following the closing of 750,000 square feet of space by
State Street Realty. Company President George Pino and Ed Lyden, a
senior vice president, represented Prologis in the transactions, and
said the market was showing strength. “Not only is our total square
footage of lease transactions more than this time last year, but our new
lease deals are pointing to a steady upswing in the commercial real
estate market,” Pino said. RCS Logistics signed the largest lease in the
last two quarters at Beacon Centre, taking 35,605 square feet. — Alexander Britell
