Miami Guild, a design studio that is the division of a Brooklyn-based
company, has signed a 10,000-square-foot lease in Miami Gardens. Ken
Morris of Morris Southeast Group and Doug Marshall of the Klabin
Company, both of whom are also affiliated with CORFAC International,
represented Miami Guild. “From Miami Gardens, Miami Guild can get
materials to its shop easily from almost anywhere in Miami,” Morris
said. Miami, like Los Angeles and New York City is a hot,
fashion-forward market.” The property is owned by Angelo Napolitano
Trustee. [GlobeSt]
