South Beach condo site sells for $4.3 million

The site of a former condominium site in the Sunset Harbor neighborhood
of South Beach has sold for $4.3 million, double the price its owners
paid for it out of foreclosure in 2010. LeaseFlorida, which purchased
the stalled site 18 months ago, sold the lot to Palau Sunset Harbor, a
Boca Raton-based investor. LeaseFlorida, which is based in Miami Lakes,
is owned by Alan and Steve Waserstein. [SFBJ]
