Developer Menin to unveil new Shelborne South Beach next month

The new Shelborne hotel in South Beach will be unveiled at Art Basel,
which begins in December, according to the New York Post. The hotel,
which has undergone a $20 million renovation, will have three new
restaurants: Lucy’s Cantina Royale, Bar Tanaka and Vesper American
Brasserie. The renovation was overseen by Jun Aizaki of Creme Design. [Post]
