Coastal Boca Raton condo sales, prices down

Transactions in the coastal Boca Raton/Deerfield Beach condominium
market have fallen 35 percent in the first three quarters of 2011,
according to a report from Condo Vultures. The sales drop has been
accompanied with a price drop; this year, 30 units have sold for an
average of $700 per square foot, while last year 46 units traded for
