Dadeland office condo units in $36 million foreclosure suit

Most of Town Center One’s office condominiums in Dadeland are in
foreclosure, following a lawsuit filed by lender Wells Fargo. A group of
lenders is targeting 116 units in the project, which was built in 2009
and has a total of 173 units. The defendant in the action is Dadeland
Parcel, a limited liability company, along with CEO Franco D’Agostino
and Miami-based Dayco Properties. [SFBJ]
