The Ritz-Carlton Residences Singer Island and Author John Maxwell
Best-selling business author John Maxwell has closed on a $4.15 million
deal for Tower Unit 8A at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Singer Island.
The 7,445-square-foot property had been listed for $4.4 million and is
one of six tower suites at the property. The property, which is located
at 2700 North Ocean Drive, was bought by Lionheart Capital for what was
the second-largest bulk deal in South Florida last year. Lionheart,
which purchased the site in a joint venture with Elliot Management, then
converted the property into a Ritz-Carlton. — Alexander Britell
