The priciest listing to hit the market today is a five-bedroom, three-bathroom single-family home at 4 Star Island Drive in Miami Beach that’s listed for $20 million, according to Condo Vultures. The 8,161-square-foot waterfront home sits on a 40,000-square-foot lot and is owned by international wealth management firm SMP Partners. They purchased it from German real estate trader Thomas Kramer in 2001, according to published reports. Zachary Finn of TK Global Realty has the listing.
