Rahael and business partner Charlie Ladd exceeded campaign contribution
limits by donating the maximum amount under at least 11 different
corporation names. Ritter agreed to pay $8,300 in fines.

Ritter said the complaint was followed by an opponent of the proposed expansion of the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport, which Ritter favored. [Sun-Sentinel]
