Cervera tapped to sell at BrickellHouse

Cervera Real Estate has been named the exclusive sales and marketing agent for newly-launched condominium BrickellHouse. The 374-unit tower, which began sales earlier this month, is set to begin construction in 2012. BrickellHouse, along with new Related project MyBrickell are the first new towers to begin in Miami since the condo bust in 2008. BrickellHouse developer Harvey Hernandez told The Real Deal about the project last week and why he chose to build now. — Alexander Britell
