More residential than commercial projects on way in South Florida

There was more growth in the number of contracts for residential
construction in the region last month than for commercial, according to
an index by McGraw Hill Construction. Contracts for future construction
on residential projects was up 33 percent in November, with
non-residential construction rising just 4 percent. [SFBJ]
