HFF closes on Orlando sale

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler announced that it has closed on the sale of
part of Orlando’s Veranda Park development, with Toronto-based Geosam
Capital purchasing the property. The deal at Veranda Park, which is
located at 2121 South Hiawasee Road in Orlando, involved the remaining
118 unsold condominiums of the project’s 4000, around 66,000
square feet in two other buildings and an 11.7-acre development site.
The Miami-based team representing the seller was led by Manny de
Zarraga, George Vail, Jaret Turkell and Scott Wadler. — Alexander Britell
