Zona Fresca opens Pompano location

Zona Fresca in Pompano Beach

Mexican eatery Zona Fresca has expanded to a new location in Pompano
Beach at 800 North Federal Highway. It is the third restaurant from
co-owners Oscar de Armas, Tim Dobravolskis and Martin Diaz-Yabor. The
3,400-square-foot space has 94 seats and will soon have an outdoor
patio. The opening follows an expansion in Plantation at 1095 South
University Drive. The original Zona Fresca, which opened 11 years ago,
is located at 1635 North Federal Highway. — Alexander Britell
