Good Property expanding to New York

Good Property, which has offices in Miami and London, is adding a branch
in New York for residential and commercial properties. The firm, which
was founded by Josh Gurwitz, said it would be locating in the
neighborhood of Tribeca, according to its web site. “People are going to
want to hang out in the ‘space,’ whether to talk real estate or to
listen to a local musician,” Gurwitz said. “We are a passionate and
hands-on group, with a strong belief in reinvigorating the real estate
scene with a smart, authentic and fresh approach.” Its Florida office is
