The Amanda Palms complex in western Miami-Dade County has been sold for
$4.17 million, according to Miami-Dade County court records, the South
Florida Business Journal reported. The sale came at a 33 percent
discount off the price of the mortgage on the property, which was
originally held by Colonial Bank and later acquired by Branch Banking
& Trust. Sovereign Real Estate’s Marcos Egipciaco was the broker on
the deal. [SFBJ]
